Detailed Description

There are places in the forest that feel almost impossible to find.

Hidden paths where the air grows quiet. Ferns stretch across the forest floor like an emerald carpet. Shafts of golden light filter through the canopy overhead. Tiny wings flutter between the leaves, catching the sunlight for just a moment before disappearing again into the shadows.

Fauna captures that feeling perfectly.

At first glance, you see a beautiful woodland print. But look closer, and a story begins to unfold. Delicate butterflies glide among layers of intricate ferns and hidden foliage. Their bright wings seem to glow against the rich forest backdrop, creating an almost magical contrast between light and shadow.

The deeper you look, the more details emerge.

The forest seems alive.

Golden ferns reach toward the light. Moss-covered greenery layers across the scene. Butterflies drift through hidden clearings as though carrying secrets from one corner of the woodland to another. Every inch of this fabric invites exploration and discovery.

Part of Hoffman Fabrics' enchanting Among the Ferns Collection, Fauna celebrates nature's quieter wonders—the moments many people walk right past without noticing. It reminds us that some of the most beautiful things in life are found when we slow down and pay attention.

This fabric evokes the feeling of wandering through an enchanted forest at twilight, where every rustle in the leaves sparks curiosity and every fluttering butterfly feels like a tiny piece of woodland magic.

Whether you're creating a quilt that tells a story, decorating a cozy retreat, or simply adding a touch of nature's wonder to your fabric collection, Fauna brings beauty, depth, and imagination to every stitch.

For gardeners, nature lovers, butterfly enthusiasts, and anyone who dreams of secret woodland paths, this fabric offers something truly special.

And like the rare butterflies hidden within its design, this fabric may not remain available forever. Secure your yardage now before it disappears back into the forest.
